IBUZAWA Corporation is Malaysia's Premier Class A Industrialised Building System (IBS) contractor and is the only bumiputra contractor with its own in-house precast component manufacturing facilities for buildings and infrastructure. By having all aspects of design, precast component manufacturing and construction works under one roof, IBUZAWA Corporation is able to fully integrate client requirements into custom-made concrete components and assembly at site into the final product. Controlling all key technologies and services under one roof means speedier delivery and cost savings to our clients.

 

Incorporated in October 2001, IBUZAWA Corporation has already establisheda track record for success with difficult projects. IBUZAWA Corporation’s first project entailed the rescue an abandoned mixed development and repositioning it as a nursing training college. The development was subsequently occupied by the Ministry of Health and is now its Port Dickson Nurses’ Training School.

 

With confidence from the Negeri Sembilan State Government, IBUZAWA Corporation was appointed as the Management Contractor for the challenging task to complete the Nilai Indoor Stadium within 100 days. IBUZAWA Corporation rose to the challenge and handed over the completed stadium in 77 days.
