Finally in 2005, after having rescued two projects, KUB Builders (formerly known as Ibuzawa Corporation) was awarded its first greenfield project.

The Government’s specifications required a Industrial Building System (IBS) content of at least 30%. With Precast Sdn Bhd as its subsidiary, KUB Builders (formerly known as Ibuzawa Corporation) met the criteria. Construction began in Nov 2005.
